I always have a pleasant experience here. My provider is genuinely concerned about my care and well being.
The place can't for the sake of the business retain Doc's and PA's longer than a few months. Because of the constant staff turnover my prescriptions have been lost or simply not put in multiple times now. The only way I found out is by going to my local pharmacy and having them tell me they never received anything from the clinic. I called Stedman-Wade clinic back and they told me to set up another appointment to see a doctor and to pay my 50 dollar co pay to get scripts that a previous doc already wrote me. If at all possible avoid this place. If you are in Fayetteville or surrounding areas try Southern Regional AHEC Family Medicine Center.
Never a long wait is a plus. But I am now on my 3rd provider in a little over a year. This time I will be seeing Dr. Maxwell, I asked to see him instead of another P.A.. My last P.A. would not prescribe my medications after I stopped seeing the other doctor that took over giving them to me from them. We'll see what happens!? I hope Dr. Maxwell is a good doctor
I can honestly say I hate this place. They did not send in a prescription like they were supposed to so we called again and they said they will send it over. Still don’t have it and my son who is 10 is going through withdrawal. His academics are suffering among other things. I understand doctors come and go, but take care of you patients do what you say you are going to do
I have no complaints, especially since they use the patient portal so I can review my visit once I get home. The staff is super nice and extremely helpful.
